Aeron Chair
Designers: Bill Stumpf and Don Chadwick. Its the most well-known ergonomic office chair ever made. With good reason. when is the semiannual sale?
Our exclusive semi-annual sale takes place twice a year. Usually in the summer and again during the winter holidays. Our holiday sale recently ended and our first sale of 2013 is planned for early summer. The official dates will be announced in our newsletter.

Where can I get a replacement pin to join the 2 legs?
Is it metal or wood? How much will it cost?
A replacement dowel pin for your Noguchi table can be ordered through an authorized Herman Miller Dealer. The replacement dowel pin to join the two legs is a solid aluminum rod with two steel cross pins. To find the dealer closest to you, please use the following link:

How Aeron Chair is packaged?
I want to buy Aeron Chair via agent in USA who will send it to my country. But I am afraid that packing may be not good enough for such transportation.

What is the arm height on all configurations? Want to use at dining table and need to know if they will fit under table with arms.
The Eames Management chair offers the following arm heights based on the configuration selection.
The arm height for our Management chair with casters and manual seat height is 27 ¾ inches
The arm height for our Management chair with glides and manual seat height is 29 ½ inches
The arm height for our Management chair with casters and pneumatic lever seat height is 30 ½ inches

What materials is the "Titanium Frame with Smoke Base" chair made of?
The pictures make it look like the base and the frame are made of some metal painted with a glossy paint. Can you confirm that they are not plastic? Does "titanium" actually mean titanium metal?
The Aeron Chair with a 'Titanium Base and Smoke Frame' has a base made of die-cast aluminum, with an epoxy finish. "Titanium" is actually the color description for the finish covering the aluminum base.
The frame of the chair is made of injection-molded, glass filled nylon in a 'Smoke' grey color. All of our Aeron Chairs include a 12 year warranty, and our testing meets or exceeds all industry mandated standards.

Authenticating 1999 Eames Group Management Chair
What authentication marks were branded on Eames Group Management chairs produced in 1999? Is there a sewn label, an insignia imprint...? I am attempting to authenticate a few Eames Group Management chairs that I own. The chairs appear to only have a sticker and date imprint+stamp on the underside of the chair (please see attached).
Authenticity verification can vary depending on when the Eames chair was manufactured. The label on the underside of the chair and photos are the primary identifiers used to help our customers determine if an Eames chair is authentic. With the numbers on the label we can verify when the chair was manufactured, the model number and often times an original order number. Using the photos you sent of the label and the date stamp we were able to confirm the chair you have is an authentic Herman Miller Eames chair.

What is the difference between white and studio white top?
Our “Studio White” is a bright white while our “White” is a creamy/softer white. If you’re looking for a warmer color finish we recommend the White. If you are looking for a brilliant, stark surface you would want to go with the Studio White option.

What are the interior shelf dimensions of bottom & top shelf?
The top shelf dimensions mirror the General Dimensions published on the product page under the “Specifications” tab and shown here. The bottom interior shelf openings are outlined below. These dimensions take into account the frame support which partially encloses the shelf and should be considered when planning how to use your shelf space.
